Starting this month, SocialCRM generates a Monthly AI Report—a clean, branded PDF that lands in your inbox on the 1st. One page of scores. One page of what we did. One page of what’s next. No login required to understand it. Forward it to your partner, your accountant, your lender. It speaks for itself.
What’s in the Report
Every report covers three things:
- Your AI Visibility Score. A single number (0–100) that shows how well AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity know your shop. You’ll see the score for each platform, plus whether you went up or down from last month.
- What we fixed. Every issue our agents resolved that month—wrong business hours corrected across platforms, missing certifications added, FAQ items published to your knowledge base. Real actions, not vague promises.
- What’s next. Open issues ranked by impact, your position against local competitors, and the 2–3 things our agents will focus on next month.
Why a PDF?
Dashboards are great for digging into details. But a dashboard can’t be forwarded to your accountant. It can’t sit in a folder next to your P&L. It can’t be printed and pinned to the wall in your shop office.
The Monthly AI Report is a shareable artifact that proves value. It’s designed so that someone who has never logged into SocialCRM can pick it up and understand exactly what’s happening with your shop’s AI visibility.
Your report also lives in the dashboard. Head to Insights → Reports to view current and past reports, adjust delivery settings, and download PDFs anytime.
How It Works
There’s nothing to set up. If you have active agents running on your account, your first report generates automatically after 30 days of data collection. On the 1st of each month, we snapshot your data, generate the PDF, and email it to you.
You can customize delivery in the Reports settings panel: change the delivery day, add extra recipients (your business partner, your marketing person), and toggle whether to include competitor comparisons.
Monthly AI Reports are included with Multi-Shop plans and available as an add-on for Shop plans. Your first report is free regardless of plan—so you can see the value before committing.
Coming Soon: Review Response Summary
If you’re using our upcoming Review Response AI feature, your monthly report will include an additional section: response rate, average response time, and review sentiment trends. One report, full picture.
Monthly AI Reports are rolling out now. If you’re on a Multi-Shop plan, your first report will arrive on the 1st. Shop plan customers can enable the add-on from Settings.
