We have three services. SocialCRM on-demand service offers the innovative customer relationship functionality and will be available later in the year. Open Source CRM support and maintenance service is delivered using our advanced subscription network website. This allows our customers to get training, support and ongoing maintenance for their open source investments. CRM consulting service offers deep domain knowledge driven business solutions for SugarCRM, Salesforce, Comergent and other leading business applications.

2. What kind of training you provide?

We train our customers on strategies to implement social computing technologies such as blogging and wiki to gain sales advantage. We also provide on-demand training for SugarCRM open source CRM. 3. How is this project related to open source?

Open source is central to all of our initiatives. Our consultants have implemented open source CRM SugarCRM for dozens of customers. Our own SocialCRM application once completed will be rolled out under the open source license version. We believe open source provides not only great development methodology but also increases innovation by taking technology benefits one level closer to the user.
